Job Summary:
Ensures products received or produced meet technical specifications. Works under moderate supervision.
We are looking for a talented Quality Inspector (1 st Shift) to join our team in Henderson, CO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Verifies final product quality using standard and advanced measurement tools
+ Inspects components, materials, and equipment to ensure alignment with technical specifications
+ Identifies and segregates non-conforming products to prevent defective output
+ Documents findings accurately in quality systems and reports deviations
+ Trains others in inspection procedures, measurement equipment use, and documentation
+ Leads or supports problem-solving initiatives focused on product or process quality
+ Ensures compliance with internal standards and applicable industry norms
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
+ Experience performing detailed quality inspections in a manufacturing or production environment
+ Familiarity with measurement science and tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges
+ Working knowledge of quality systems, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis
+ Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications
+ Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and quality-first mindset
+ Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
+ Please note, this is a first shift position. The hours are 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Conducts daily and weekly second-level audits (process and product).
+ Performs Millipore analysis.
+ Manages gauges and calibration systems.
+ Leads cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
+ Demonstrates a zero-defect mindset and positively influences others.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly range for the position is $22.69 - $34.04/HR base salary rate commensurate with experience.
