    Job Summary:

    Memorial Health University Medical Center is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their well-known, established CT Surgery practice within the expanding Heart and Vascular Institute in Savannah, GA.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery

    + Fellowship trained in adult Cardiac Surgery preferred

    + Expertise in multi-arterial Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)

    + Excellence in Minimally Invasive Coronary Surgery and MIDCAB procedures

    + Interest in robotic assisted coronary and Totally Endoscopic Coronary Artery Bypass (TECAB) techniques

    + Have a current, or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Georgia - not subject to any restrictions, probationary terms or conditions

    + No history of license to practice being revoked, restricted or suspended by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdiction

    + Have current, unrestricted DEA registration

This position offers collaboration with interventional and non-invasive cardiologists in a rapidly expanding structural heart and advanced valve program with full institutional support for growth and innovation.

    + Hospital has 2 ECMO machines

    + Dedicated ORs for open heart

    + Dedicated cardiology team who are actively engaged in several clinical trials

    + Join two experienced Cardiovascular Surgeons in the practice

    + 1:3 Call
