Position Purpose
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of all nursing services provided to participants in the PACE Organization (PO). Services may be delivered in the community, day center, or primary care clinic. This role ensures high-quality care through effective clinic operations and coordination with the primary care team.

Essential Functions
+ Embody and promote the Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors of Trinity Health and TH PACE.
+ Lead by example in demonstrating TH PACE values to participants, visitors, volunteers, and colleagues.
+ Foster a collaborative culture across all divisions within TH PACE.
+ Serve as a strategic leader, aligning resources to achieve organizational goals and embracing change.
+ Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute plans to meet operational goals.
+ Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Manage department budget, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
+ Mentor, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff to maintain high standards of excellence.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
+ Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execution.
+ Attend required training and educational sessions.
+ Oversee clinic operations as the central hub of the PACE model, ensuring participant needs are met.
+ Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings, assessments, and care planning.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
+ Active CPR certification.
+ Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, with emphasis in geriatrics.
+ At least 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations (or must receive training upon hire).
+ For North Carolina: Must have a signed Employee Medical Statement within the past 12 months.
+ Strong leadership, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic mail and calendaring systems.
+ High level of personal accountability and independent decision-making ability.
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing work priorities.
+ Critical thinking and analytical skills for effective decision-making.
