    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Lead organizational change initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and productivity.

    + Support recruitment efforts to attract high-quality talent for various positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.

    + Facilitate new hire orientation programs that promote successful integration and familiarization with company policies.

    + Administer and manage disability and FMLA programs with a focus on effective and compliant management.

    + Resolve employee relations issues proactively, providing counseling and conducting stay and exit interviews to inform management decisions.

    + Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures supporting the continuous improvements in efficiency of the team and the HR services provided.

    What We're Looking For

    + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

    + 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    + Flexibility to support off-shift employees and managers as needed.

    + Strong consulting and coaching skills to guide employees and management through complex issues.

    + Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
