Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Printing Services Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Printing Services Engineer, you will be an integral part of the IT Infrastructure department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Printing Services Engineer

**Location:** Racine, Wisconsin (100% On-Site)

**Duration:** 7+ Months contract

What's the Job?

+ Manage and support enterprise print environments, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of printers.

+ Troubleshoot connectivity, driver, and configuration issues to ensure seamless printing services.

+ Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and supply management to maintain optimal operations.

+ Support end users with print-related incidents and requests, providing timely solutions.

+ Monitor and optimize print performance across multiple organizational sites to ensure efficiency and security.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED required.

+ Experience with enterprise-level print management systems such as PaperCut, Equitrac, or HP Web JetAdmin.

+ Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.

+ Familiarity with Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) from brands like HP, Xerox, Canon, etc.

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate and record processes.
