    Start ASAP | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | M–F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

     

    Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for electronics? Join a team where your skills in troubleshooting and precision repair make a real impact! Manpower is hiring a **Repair Technician** to support a leading electronics company in Irvine, CA.

     

    •** **What You’ll Do

    As a Repair Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for:

    + Diagnosing and repairing customer-returned products, including PCB and system-level components.

    + Performing hands-on rework, soldering, and component replacement (SMT, BGA).

    + Supporting RMA processes, updating databases, and preparing detailed repair reports.

    + Collaborating with engineers to improve testing procedures and evaluate new hardware/software.

    •** **What You Bring

    + **2+ years** of experience in PCB/system-level troubleshooting and repair.

    + **IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification** (required).

    + Strong hand soldering skills and experience with microscopes.

    + Ability to read technical drawings and identify defects like cold solder joints or bridging.

    + Familiarity with ESD safety protocols and basic computer literacy.

    + **Bonus:** 3+ years of testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
