Our client, a leading local Beverage manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed.

+ Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations.

+ Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, Manager, or other members of management as assigned in proper priority.

+ Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling and packaging equipment.

+ Support all production needs as necessary, leading and assisting on production line changeovers.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment.

+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
