Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking an **Electrical & Controls Technicia** n to join their dedicated team. As an **Electrical & Controls Technician** , you will be an integral part of the maintenance and engineering department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Electrical & Controls Technician

**Location:** Alcoa, TN

**Pay Range:** $35-$43/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting to ensure seamless automation processes

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams accurately

+ Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime

+ Support ongoing projects related to electrical and control systems

+ Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations

What's Needed?

+ Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting

+ Strong knowledge of schematic reading and electrical troubleshooting

+ Ability to work a 12-hour alternating day schedule, including day and night shifts

+ Flexibility to work on a 2-2-3 or 5-2 schedule

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
