    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Manager - Data Strategist, Financial Services & Deal Advisory Strategy to join their dynamic team.     What's the Job?

     

    + Collaborate strategically with senior leadership to translate business needs into data, analytics, and AI requirements.

    + Lead a high-performing team on-shore and off-shore to ensure quality and timely delivery of various use cases.

    + Develop analyses to generate benchmarks, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations, leveraging third-party data to support go-to-market efforts and transformation initiatives.

    + Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research, translating findings into strategic insights, reports, and thought leadership content.

    + Foster and maintain relationships with executive leadership to address strategic staffing, budgeting, data, and analytic needs effectively.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum five years of experience in strategic program management, financial services, data analysis, or corporate strategy, preferably within consulting or deal advisory contexts.

    + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; master's degree and/or certifications are a plus.

    + Experience identifying opportunities for advanced analytics use cases, building use cases to demonstrate value, and communicating findings to diverse audiences using analytical tools like Power BI and Alteryx.

    + Strong ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across large organizations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proven leadership skills in managing small teams and overseeing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
