    Job Title: Architect (Licensed)

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Architect to join an engineering firm. This role involves acting as a liaison between various engineering disciplines within the firm, including electrical, mechanical, structural, and architecture. This is a one-year contract to hire position with significant growth opportunities, they're currently hiring for 3 Architects. If not licensed, they will need to sit onsite in Toledo, OH or near Dayton, OH.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate job duties between the different engineering disciplines within the firm.

    + Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.

    + Coordinate with the construction company to align schedules with all parties.

    + Travel to job sites as needed, with travel being less than 25%.

    + Meet with clients as necessary to discuss project needs and progress.

    Required Skills

    + 5+ years of Project management experience, ideally on industrial projects

    + Experience in industrial architecture and design review.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

    + Experience in the construction, MEP, or Architecture field.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.
