    We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to support design work for aircraft upgrades. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive hands-on experience within a small and dynamic organization.

    Responsibilities

    + Contribute to the design and development of aircraft upgrades using Solidworks and other CAD software.

    + Collaborate closely with leadership and fellow engineers to ensure design specifications meet project requirements.

    + Participate actively in hands-on work within the hangar environment, applying mechanical engineering expertise to real-world challenges.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical engineering expertise with 4-6 years of experience.

    + Proficiency in Solidworks and CAD software.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in aircraft design and upgrades.

    Work Environment

    This role is based onsite in a hangar in Guntersville, AL, where you will work directly on aircraft. The work environment includes both hands-on floor work and a cubicle in office space, ensuring close proximity to leadership and other engineers. The schedule consists of four 10-hour workdays, providing a compact yet productive workweek.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
