The Department of Pediatrics at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont and University of Vermont Health is seeking a pediatrician to join the Division of Pediatric Primary Care at The University of Vermont Children’s Hospital.
This is a 0.75 FTE position for an individual who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in general pediatrics. The Division of Pediatric Primary Care is an advanced medical home, providing a full spectrum of primary care services to a diverse population at our two clinic sites in the Burlington, Vermont area. The position offers opportunities to participate in our integrated mental health program and pediatric New American program, which cares for immigrant and refugee families in Vermont. Academic responsibilities include teaching residents and medical students, with opportunities for scholarship in quality improvement, education, and primary care research. Visa sponsorship is not available. The position is for the Assistant or Associate Professor level on the non-tenure clinical scholar pathway.

Anticipated Pay Range
The anticipated salary ranges for this position are:
Assistant Professor $170,000 – $200,000
Associate Professor $190,000 – $220,000
The referenced salary ranges reflect the combined total range based on dual employment by both the University of Vermont and the University of Vermont Health Medical Group. The salary ranges do not include all components of compensation. Therefore, the actual compensation paid to the selected candidate may vary from the salary ranges stated herein.
