    Job Title: Construction Integration Manager

    Job Description

    The Construction Integration Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers. This role involves implementing measures to motivate employees, improving production methods, equipment performance, and product quality or efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

    + Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.

    + Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect and address production problems.

    + Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.

    + Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.

    + Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

    + Work with fiber subcontractors, lease provider project managers, engineers, operations, and other teams to manage fit-out scope of work.

    + Conduct meetings, scope progress walks, safety walks, and QA/QC walks.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-4 years of experience in construction management, project management, and telecom installation.

    + Experience with integration, fit out, and network infrastructure.

    + Proficiency in Bluebeam and knowledge of telecom installation, fiber installation, and data center management.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

    + Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

    + Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

    + Preferred certifications: OHSA 10/30.

    + High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.

    Work Environment

    This position is 100% onsite in Richmond. While the role is primarily onsite, efforts are made to facilitate one day a week from home.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $51.00 - $61.00/hr.
