• CMMC Level 2 Compliance Analyst

    Description

    We are hiring a CMMC Level 2 Compliance Analyst to support a compliance initiative focused on implementing security controls, strengthening documentation, and aligning with federal cybersecurity standards. This role will lead CMMC Level 2 readiness activities, work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, and ensure accurate tracking and documentation of control implementation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with framework-driven security compliance and strong analytical and documentation skills.

    Requirements

    Experience supporting CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts

     

    Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 requirements

     

    Ability to perform gap assessments and support remediation planning

     

    Hands-on experience with SSP, POAM, policies, and control documentation

     

    Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and audit preparation

     

    Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement and validate controls

     

    Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and documentation discipline

     

    Effective written and verbal communication skills
