General Production Worker – Bakery Team Member

What You’ll Do

+ Assist in packaging, mixing, and processing baked goods

+ Keep production lines stocked with materials and move finished products

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area following food safety standards

+ Operate equipment and perform basic quality checks

+ Support other departments and help train new team members

What We’re Looking For

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs solo / 100 lbs with a team

+ Comfortable working around raw ingredients and in warm environments

+ Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ PIT certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
