    Job Title: Firearms Assembly Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking Firearms Assembly Technicians to join our production team for the 1st shift in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in mechanical assembly and a strong attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble various firearm components using hand and power tools.

    + Follow detailed instructions and technical documentation to ensure proper assembly.

    + Verify serial numbers and maintain traceability throughout the production process.

    + Identify and report defective parts or assemblies according to established procedures.

    + Package completed firearms according to company protocols and product specifications.

    + Maintain accurate records of assembled and packed items; submit documentation to management.

    + Assist with inventory tracking and communicate material shortages.

    + Support shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and checking merchandise.

    + Scan serialized items into the ERP system and demonstrate competency in Priority ERP.

    + Print shipping labels, packing lists, and other required documentation.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    + Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and attendance standards.

    + Work overtime as needed to meet production goals.

    Essential Skills

    + Prior experience in mechanical assembly or working with hand tools.

    + Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.

    + Basic computer literacy.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andersonville, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
