    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    + Perform all residential electrical services including the installation of outlets, fixtures, and panels.

    + Plan, layout, and install electrical wiring and equipment/fixtures based on job specifications and reading prints, in accordance with NEC and local codes.

    + Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment to locate and correct breakdowns.

    + Ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship to meet or exceed customer expectations.

    + Coordinate the ordering of materials when needed through designated channels.

    + Communicate effectively with upper management regarding challenges, successes, and needs to provide superior service.

    + Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all necessary documentation including responding to emails/voicemails, quoting services, completing and/or collecting payments, and other service responsibilities.

    + Assist in actively growing the customer base and range of services through growth-related initiatives.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 1-5 years of residential electrical experience including remodel and new construction.

    + Strong understanding of the NEC and local requirements.

    + Proficient in electrical work including conduit, wiring, pulling wire, and conduit bending.

    + Possess hand tools and maintain a clean driving record.

    + Ability to read and interpret job specifications and prints.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
