Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves preparing vacant apartments for new occupants by completing necessary renovations and repairs.

Responsibilities

+ Perform renovations and repairs in vacant apartments.

+ Utilize carpentry, drywall, electrical, construction, and plumbing skills to maintain and improve apartment conditions.

+ Operate hand and power tools effectively to execute tasks.

+ Conduct painting and other facilities maintenance tasks.

+ Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed in a timely manner.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, electrical work, construction, and plumbing.

+ Experience in operating hand and power tools.

+ Ability to perform painting and facilities maintenance tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Possession of personal power tools.

Work Environment

The role requires working in residential construction settings, specifically focusing on apartment renovations. You will be expected to handle a variety of tools and work in environments where attention to detail and safety are paramount.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California.

Note: we are looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish/English

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
