    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair machines, conveyors, coffee roasters, and packaging equipment on all production lines. You will utilize PLCs for troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain proper documentation and record-keeping, including data entry in the computer system. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment per schedule and adhere to food safety regulations and safe lock out/tag out policies.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair machines, conveyors, coffee roasters, and packaging equipment.

    + Utilize PLCs for troubleshooting to decrease downtime.

    + Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.

    + Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.

    + Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and safe lock out/tag out policies.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma and 3+ years in industrial maintenance or Associates Degree in a related field.

    + Ability to perform physical job demands, including working in tight spaces and lifting up to 60lbs.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Experience in food processing or packaging industry preferred.

    + Understanding of food safety and quality standards.

    + Experience in electrical, automation, and controls maintenance.

    + PLC or Siemens experience is a plus.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $65395.20 - $96824.00/yr.
