Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator in a new kitting area where you'll be involved in line packaging of cardboard products, running boxes through taping machines, packaging, and palletizing. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can seamlessly transition between various kitting areas and is comfortable being on their feet, bending, and twisting throughout the day.
Responsibilities
+ Operate machinery in the kitting area to package cardboard products.
+ Run boxes through a taping machine efficiently.
+ Package and palletize products for shipment.
+ Transition between different kitting projects as needed.
+ Perform general cleaning tasks daily, including sweeping, mopping, and using a floor scrubber.
+ Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience of 3 years in machine operating.
+ Proficient in using RF scanners.
+ Ability to handle inventory and material using forklifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with MSP is a significant advantage.

Work Environment
The work schedule is from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime as needed. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans and a t-shirt, but you must provide your own steel-toed boots. The warehouse is very clean, and you'll be expected to maintain this standard by performing regular cleaning tasks. Each area is well-organized with clear item locations marked above.

This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
