    Hours: 2nd shift- 4:30 pm - 3 am

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in assembling hand railings using hand tools, bolts, or rivets. You will ensure precision and accuracy by expertly measuring products to meet custom orders. This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring teamwork as well as independent tasks, including packaging, shipping, and maintaining a clean workspace.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble hand railings using hand tools, bolts, or rivets.

    + Precisely measure products to meet customer specifications.

    + Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.

    + Assist with packaging and shipping duties.

    + Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping when necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.

    + Experience in assembly and measuring with accuracy.

    + Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

    + Familiarity with warehouse and shipping processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in machine and saw operation within a manufacturing environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects from start to finish.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is primarily outdoors, requiring appropriate dress for the weather. The workspace is clean, and you will be standing throughout your shift. The position is available for the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 p.m. to 3 a.m., with potential overtime until 5 a.m.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood, Delaware.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $15.75/hr.
