    Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm $18.75 ( Train )

     

    Monday-Thursday 3:30pm -2:00am $20.25 ( Have to be flexible for 1st or 2nd shift)

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team as an Assembly Technician where you will utilize your skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within a supportive manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize hand, power, and hydraulic tools effectively in assembly tasks.

    + Interpret and follow work instructions, blueprints, or manuals for assembly processes.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in using a tape measure with metric and imperial conversions.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 6 months experience with hand, power, and hydraulic tools.

    + Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly.

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints and manuals.

    + Proficiency in using tape measures and performing metric and imperial conversions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + No high school diploma or GED is required.

    + Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment requires wearing metatarsal steel toes, safety glasses, and hearing protection, all provided by the employer. The setting can be dark, musky, and dirty, with concrete floors where standing is required for 75% of the time or more. Typical attire includes jeans and a t-shirt or sweatshirt; shorts and sweatpants are not permitted. Work involves 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with possible overtime on Fridays.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shady Grove, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
