    •Job Description

     

    As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that first article inspections are completed efficiently by operators. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, conducting incoming inspections, performing moisture testing, and carrying out visual inspections using various measurement tools.

     

    •Responsibilities

    + Ensure first article inspections are completed by operators.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Conduct incoming inspections to verify product quality.

    + Perform moisture testing to ensure product integrity.

    + Execute visual inspections to detect any defects.

    + Utilize measurement tools such as pin gauges, calipers, and XRF.

    •Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection.

    + Strong visual inspection capabilities.

    + Experience with moisture testing and use of measurement tools.

    + 4+ years of manufacturing quality experience.

    + Computer skills are essential; SAP experience is a plus.

    + Blueprint reading or strong math skills are mandatory.

    •Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

    •Work Environment

     

    Work in an air-conditioned facility with a separate air filtration system, equipped with 19 machines. This role involves a lot of walking, and you will be the only Quality Inspector on your shift, requiring independent work and strong communication skills. There are no annual reviews, but regular assessments based on effort, attitude, attendance, and learning. Dress code is not specified.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
