Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in providing top-tier legal services to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with case preparation, legal research, client communication, and administrative tasks in both English and Spanish].

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence.

+ Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney use.

+ Communicate with clients and stakeholders in [languages], ensuring clarity and professionalism.

+ Coordinate and schedule client meetings, hearings, and filing deadlines.

+ Translate legal documents and communications as needed.

+ Assist in drafting contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.

+ Maintain and update client case files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

+ Provide administrative support, including document management and billing tasks.

Requirements

+ Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience.

+ Certification or degree in Paralegal Studies preferred.

+ Bilingual proficiency in [languages] required (both written and verbal).

+ Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

+ Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
