General Production Worker

Pay: $18–$22/hour + Benefits

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

About the Role

We’re looking for **reliable, detail-oriented General Production Workers** to join a growing manufacturing team in York County. This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate coating and finishing machinery, perform quality checks, and help maintain smooth production in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor coating machines according to production specifications.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

+ Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.

+ Accurately record production data and maintain documentation.

+ Follow all safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (but not required).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
