    **Job Title:** Entry Level General Laborer

    **Contract Duration:** 2 weeks (weekly pay every Friday)

    **Anticipated Start Date:** 11/3

    **Pay:** $22/hr

    **Shift:** 7am-5pm

    Job Description

    This role involves replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while holding inventory. The position requires comfort with heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds repetitively in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specific number of swaps within a designated time frame. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric.

    + Handle inventory management.

    + Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.

    + Work collaboratively in a team to achieve swap targets within time constraints.

    + Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.

    + Comply with company policies and procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with general labor tasks.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Experience in construction, production, or carpentry.

    + Ability to read a tape measure.

    + Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.

    + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Commercial construction and assembly experience.

    + Punctuality and reliability.

    + Safety-conscious and team-player attitude.

    + Physical capability for repetitive tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
