Position Summary

Resolves support tickets efficiently by providing timely technical assistance and addressing customer inquiries and issues. Delivers prompt and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Assigns and coordinates service tasks to approved suppliers to ensure timely completion.

+ Monitors project and work order progress, addressing delays and ensuring efficient resolution.

+ Responds to customer inquiries through email, phone, and the service portal, providing prompt assistance.

+ Organizes and maintains file systems to track user complaints, service requests, and resolutions.

+ Supports Real Estate Facilities Managers by handling compliance, invoice processing, inventory tracking, and document maintenance.

+ Resolves service desk issues and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 2+ years of facilities, call center, customer service, or related experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate: $18.14 - $20.81 per hour, based on experience
