Job Title: Fabrication Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to: Fabrication Maintenance Superintendent

Hours: 7pm-7am

**Essential Job Functions** :

+ Schedule, plan, and oversee maintenance activities within the fabrication department

+ Supervise and coach maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations

+ Maintain systems and equipment by repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty components

+ Ensure maintenance operational standards are met by enforcing policies and procedures

+ Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment

+ Communicate effectively with operating departments to identify and resolve issues

+ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards

**Experience Required** :

+ Proven experience working with conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and packaging equipment such as Cryovacs, box formers, and box sealers

+ Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

+ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

**Skills/Abilities Required** :

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Proficiency with computer systems; ability to learn SAP preferred

+ Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability
