Summary of Position
Responsible for supervision of the student support center that provides student support services to prospective and current students.
Minimum Required Education
Associate’s degree from a U.S. regionally or nationally accredited institution of higher learning required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum Required Experience
Two years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with a Bachelor’s Degree OR four years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with a Associate’s Degree. Supervisor experience preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet usage.
+ Ability to use student information systems.
+ Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision, seeking assistance as needed.
+ Ability to work under stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment. Above average written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to give clear, concise directions verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to analyze a situation to identify a problem to be solved; collect supporting documents and recommend further action.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and students from diverse backgrounds.
Salary 1K/Per Salaried Pay Scale
Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon - Thur 7:30am - 5:30pm Fri 7:30-11:30am
