    Wade Ford, proudly serving the community since 1933 and powered by Lithia & Driveway, the #1 company in automotive retail, is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to strengthen our Service Department.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform and ensure accurate daily deposit reconciliation and posting.

    + Monitor, reconcile, and maintain key store schedules, including:

    + Cash Schedule

    + Factory Warranty Schedule

    + Extended Warranty Schedule

    + LOF (Lube, Oil, Filter) Schedule

    + Sublet Schedule

    + Process and submit extended warranty payments for service department claims.

    + Prepare and post journal entries to ensure proper accounting alignment.

    + Issue checks in accordance with company policies and payment cycles.

    + Accounts Payable is a plus

    + Track and manage dealer plates and Sunpass/EZPass transponders for service department use and vehicle swaps.

    + Maintain and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory and efficient office operations.

    + Collaborate with service advisors to follow up on outstanding items and report updates to management.

    + Assist with scanning and organizing physical inventory documentation.

    + Support the Parts Department with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.

    + Other duties as assigned.
