    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant for Customer Reference Data Solutions within the BSA/AML Data group as part of Global Operations, Shared Services. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com. (http://www.wellsfargocareers.com/)

    In this role, you will:

    + Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

    + Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

    + Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements

    + Lead or participate on large cross group projects

    + Mentor less experienced staff

    + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    + Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

    Required Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Certification in AI, machine learning or a related field

    + Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts

    + 2+ years KYC/Financial Crimes experience

    + Working system/platform experience with HOGAN, Cornerstone, WCIS and EPIC

    + Ability to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change

    + Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment

    + Ability to create strong professional partnerships

    + Excellent verbal, written, executive and interpersonal communication skills

    + Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously.

    + Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements

    + Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams, and SharePoint) skills
