    Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000

    About the Role

    We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function and drive hiring excellence across the organization. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with 5–7+ years at the Director level, proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams, and a passion for aligning talent strategies with company culture and business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and evolve the company-wide talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent aligned with our mission, vision, and values.

    + Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners.

    + Champion a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent, timely, and engaging recruitment processes.

    + Oversee recruitment operations including budgeting, metrics reporting, and compliance.

    + Collaborate with Marketing to execute employer branding initiatives.

    + Develop and implement internship and early career programs.

    + Supervise and coach the Recruitment Team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

    Required Qualifications

    + 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years managing direct reports.

    + Proven leadership at the Director level, with a track record of team development and strategic impact.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

    + Strong command of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.

    + Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office.

    + Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

    Preferred Experience

    + Recruitment of both exempt and non-exempt roles.

    + Fast-paced HR environments.

    + Technical recruiting and onboarding program development.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
