    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative for a role in Greenfield, WI. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support to patients and clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through order fulfillment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, providing timely and effective support.

    + Accurately process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.

    + Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records within internal systems.

    + Collaborate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

    + Work closely with fellow team members to foster a supportive and productive customer service environment.

    + Dispense medical equipment and soft goods billed to insurance, including walkers, bath safety items, mobility aids, and orthopedic supports.

    + Perform accurate data entry of patient information into relevant systems.

    + Unpack and organize incoming shipments to maintain inventory readiness.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in customer service or administrative support

    + Dependable and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

    + Healthcare or medical equipment experience is a plus, but not required

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
