Are you ready to level up your career in customer service? We're hiring 15 driven individuals to join our Loss Drafts Call Center team in Daytona Beach, FL – no remote options, no Troy or Solon applicants. This is your chance to make a real impact helping homeowners navigate their insurance claims with empathy, precision, and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily, supporting homeowners with existing claims

+ Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues

+ Be the calm in the storm for frustrated callers – empathy is key!

+ Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor to ensure smooth communication

+ Document everything in our claims system with accuracy and speed

+ Make outbound calls when needed to follow up and close the loop

What You Bring:

+ 1–2 years of call center experience (insurance, claims, or escalations preferred)

+ Thick skin and a cool head under pressure

+ Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and PC navigation chops

+ Excellent verbal and written communication

+ A working cellphone (for dual authentication) and reliable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ Insurance or mortgage background

+ Experience with Medicaid/Medicare or auto claims

Not a Fit If You:

+ Have frequent job changes or no call center experience

+ Struggle with communication or professionalism

Training & Schedule:

+ On-site training: Nov 12 – Dec 9 | Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5 PM

+ Nesting period: Dec 10 – Jan 7

+ Shift options post-training: 9:30 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–6:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

+ Hybrid eligibility starts in February (based on performance metrics)

Pay & Perks:

+ $18/hr for English-speaking reps

+ $19.50/hr for bilingual reps (Spanish only)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
