    Position Description:

    Performs varied and complex administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and/or program. Requires independent judgment and application of established policies and procedures. Works under general supervision with evaluation based on overall results obtained.

    Major/Essential Functions:

    + Assist with planning and organizing select donor engagements, such as, but not limited to donor/scholar meet and greets, select campus tours, and other specialized donor engagements.

    + Support donor relations and communications teams to assist in the preparation of Individualized Stewardship Plans to acknowledge and thank principal giving donors.

    + Coordinate and manage the development of guest lists for special donor events using the donor database and Microsoft excel to track, organize, and prepare targeted lists for special donor events and engagement opportunities.

    + Provide support for donor relations, annual giving, and communications teams in the planning, tracking, and execution of donor stewardship through digital communications, using tools such as ThankView and Anthology.

    + Support stewardship efforts of designated programs across campus, fostering and strengthening meaningful donor relationships.

    + Assist in the preparation of high-level documentation, strategies and stewardship materials for principal gift prospects and donors.

    + Assist in tracking and entering donor engagements and interactions within the donor database, included but not limited to: ThankView engagements, general emails, and event attendance.

    + Other duties as assigned.
