    You will report directly to our Operations Manager and or Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Woodstock, RI location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the production line by utilizing your skills to manage complex processing tasks, ensuring that we deliver exceptional products to our customers while maintaining operational excellence.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Oversee and perform advanced processing tasks on various components and products according to specifications.

    + Ensure all products meet quality standards and are processed on time.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize processing techniques and improve overall efficiency.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3+ years of experience in processing or manufacturing roles.

    + Proficient understanding of various manufacturing processes, including assembly, fabrication, testing, machining, and packaging.

    + Skill in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.

    + Experience with processing equipment and quality control measures.

    + Knowledge of safety protocols and operational best practices.

    + Ability to implement and adhere to quality control measures and inspections. Familiarity with industry standards (like ISO, Six Sigma) and using tools such as statistical process control (SPC).

    + Ability to identify areas for improvement within manufacturing processes, implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.

    The annual base salary range for this position is **$28.00-$30.00/hour.** Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education, and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
