    Banking Operations Analyst – Private Wealth (Entry-Level)

Join a fast-paced Private Banking Operations team where your work directly supports account management, vendor partnerships, and critical control functions. You’ll collaborate with business, compliance, legal, and operations partners to ensure smooth and secure financial processes while providing an exceptional client experience.

    YOUR ROLE:

    + Build expertise in private banking products and services while expanding your network across operations, technology, compliance, legal, and business teams

    + Support client account enrollment, product inquiries, and daily banking operations including debit cards, checking, ACH, Bill Pay, and vendor settlements

    + Assist in fraud prevention initiatives and help develop strategies to protect client and organizational assets

    + Apply strong control and risk management skills to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

    + Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency in a growing business

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor’s degree (experience in financial services is a plus)

    + Strong client service skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential tasks

    + Proven ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams

    + Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with the ability to manage competing priorities

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
