Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree 2 years or related work experience or
+ Associate's Degree 4 years of related work experience or
+ High School Diploma/GED 5 years of related work experience
Relevant Work Experience
+ Related work experience must include experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Customer Operations, Support Operations, Customer Meter Operations, Regulatory/Compliance, or a related organization. Required
+ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Required
+ Must be proficient in Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Required
+ Must demonstrate a strong understanding of database concepts, technical system attributes, and architecture. Required
+ Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to handle multiple assignments and deadlines. Required
+ Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights that drive business growth. Required
+ Experienced professional with a background in the utility industry and specialized expertise within the Energy Service Company (ESCO) sector. Preferred

+ Driver's License Required
Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Must be willing to travel as needed.
+ Must be willing to provide off hours support.
