    Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring Concrete Workers** for **commercial projects** in the **Jessup, MD** area. The pay range is **up to $20 per hour** based on experience **.** We’re looking for skilled, safety-minded craftsmen to join our team. Weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Job Duties

    + Operate hand and power tools

    + Set up concrete forms

    + Pour, mold, and set concrete

    + Use wire mesh for reinforcement

    + Spread and smooth concrete

    + Follow all safety procedures

    Requirements

    + Minimum 1 year of construction experience

    + Must have basic hand tools

    + PPE required (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

    + Must be a US Citizen
