Job Overview
The Client Delivery Program Manager is responsible for supporting multiple external consulting engagements, organized by client, and providing cross-functional project management and client management support to ensure successful execution. This role serves as both the primary client contact and an internal project leader, balancing relationship management with structured project delivery. The Program Manager works closely with Directors, VPs, and internal SMEs to coordinate resources, facilitate workshops, and produce polished deliverables that meet client and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
+ Client Management Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned client engagements, maintaining professional and responsive communication. Build strong, trust-based relationships with client leaders and executives, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with engagement goals. Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and executive meetings, translating discussions into clear action items and deliverables. Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource availability; escalate issues to Director of Business Operations as needed. Ensure all client-facing work is documented, polished, and presented in a formal, professional manner. Identify opportunities for additional scope, extensions, or new work and collaborate with Directors/VPs on proposals or change orders.
+ External Project Management Lead execution of assigned client engagements, aligning scope, deliverables, and timelines to SOW commitments. Deliver comprehensive project plans and deliverables through effective management of schedule, scope, quality, value, and risks. Track milestones, manage issues and risks, and ensure timely escalation to project sponsors or leadership. Develop project communications, resource plans, and contingency plans to support successful execution. Support leadership in identifying and tracking key measures of success (KPIs, proformas, valuations).
+ Internal Project Management Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating deliverables, resource allocation, milestones, accountabilities, and communications. Provide project leadership that aligns cross-organizational resources to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Lead and participate in post-implementation reviews, presenting project metrics to evaluate quality and outcomes.
+ Data & Analytics Track and report project and engagement metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
+ B.S./B.A. Bachelor's Degree
+ 5 years Progressive experience in healthcare consulting, project management, or client services
+ Experience in healthcare consulting, or the healthcare technology space with a focus on project, client, or account management
+ Demonstrated ability to manage external client engagements end-to-end, including scope, deliverables, and executive communication
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook); exposure to project management tools
+ Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills with executive-level stakeholders
+ PMP Certification Project Management Professional within 180 Days
Preferred Qualifications
+ B.S./B.A. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management or related field
+ M.A./M.S. Advanced degree
+ Experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
+ Familiarity with Epic, claims/utilization data, or healthcare analytics
+ Lean Six Sigma certification

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
