Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager for a 24/7 retreat facility for one of our healthcare clients in New Brunswick NJ. The daily responsibilities center around ensuring seamless operations and comprehensive oversight. This includes scheduling staff across shifts, supervising shift supervisors, and maintaining a consistent offering of recovery and wellness activities for clients. The manager oversees meal planning and purchasing, coordinates weekend programming and provides support to families engaged in the retreat process. With 25 direct reports, the role demands strong leadership and organizational skills, especially in managing housing logistics and maintaining a therapeutic environment akin to inpatient care—though the retreat itself is not classified as inpatient. The Program Manager is on call 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring continuous support and responsiveness to any operational or clinical needs that arise.

- 5 years post licensure experience
- 2 years supervisory and managerial experience
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)
