    Job Description

    A client near Delhi is looking for a Developer to join their team. They will be joining a team within digital technology that will be responsible for building chatbot and voicebot functionalities within their contact center application suite. They will collaborate daily with an onshore team to align on requirements and deliverables. They will be responsible for developing Chatbot implementations and help optimize the applications for performance, scalability and reliability.

    Skills and Requirements

    -5+ years of full-stack development experience

    -Develop and maintain Chatbot, chatbot implementations & integrations to .com/in-app/SMS using python.

     

    -Experience of Services integration knowledge for APIs is required.

     

    -Hands on experience in developing multimodal ( Voice+Chat) conversational UI

     

    -Integrate APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines

     

    -Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

     

    -Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management Airline Industry Experience
