Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team supporting real-time processing capabilities and leading large-scale cloud migration initiatives (GCP). This role is critical to driving the delivery of complex technical projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful end-to-end execution. The position reports into an engineering director and works closely with both technical and business teams.

The team is responsible for supporting real-time workloads and will continue to be essential even after migration projects are complete.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large, complex technical programs from conception through completion, with a focus on real-time processing and cloud/data migrations.

- Own project delivery end-to-end, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Drive business conversations, facilitate decision-making, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

- Present project updates and technical concepts to leadership and non-technical stakeholders, telling a clear and compelling story.

- Manage and prioritize deliverables, ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards.

- Support ongoing real-time capabilities and applications, both during and after migration phases.

- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Rally, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

- Foster a collaborative environment within engineering and business teams.

Skills and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally with large-scale cloud or data migration projects.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master are highly valued.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, drive accountability, and own projects end-to-end.

- Experience working in environments with ongoing change, budget constraints, and evolving priorities.

- Ability to work onsite in Phoenix three days per week.

- Experience with large enterprise environments is a plus.
