    Description

    Sales Execution Manager

     

    Sunset Distributing Company LLC is seeking adata-driven Sales Execution Managerto lead our reporting, analytics, and performance tracking initiatives within the Sales department. As a strategic partner to the Region Vice President and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role plays a vital part in shaping business strategy through data-backed insights and tools.

     

    The Sales Execution Manager will be responsible for building reporting infrastructure, managing sales incentive tracking, and identifying actionable trends to drive revenue and profitability. This individual will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams, as well as cross-functional leaders throughout the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    + Partner with Finance and Sales to lead the forecasting and latest estimate (LE) process.

    + Develop models and methodologies to identify trends that enhance strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

    + Provide insight into the company’s strategic positioning by assessing supplier performance, growth potential, and profitability.

    + Evaluate potential new supplier brand additions by assessing their performance and determining avenues for growth.

    + Execute company programs and policies to ensure accurate and timely operations of the Sales department.

    + Collaborate with the Region Vice President and Sales team to develop, maintain, and distribute required reports for our supplier partners.

    + Administer the monthly sales bonus development, validation and reporting process

    + Monitor and analyze beverage sales trends, customer purchasing behaviors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

    + Perform detailed analyses required to support the organization in its decisions.

    + Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and operational strategies.

    + Partner with the Operations team to evaluate KPIs and develop joint action plans to enhance efficiency and drive profitable growth.

    + Create presentations that track key business initiatives for Sunset Distributing’s executive leadership.

    + Proactively manage business analytics, industry performance, and market insights with internal and external partners.

    + Assists in the creation and management of Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations for supplier partners.

    + Collaborate with all departments to create content and distribute the monthly newsletter.

    + Other related duties and project management as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

    + 5+ years of experience in sales analytics and reporting

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

    + Exceptional analytic, writing, and communication skills.

    + Experience developing and tracking KPIs to support company goals.

    + Experience with reporting tools and data systems.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
