    Marketing Analyst

This position involves gathering and analyzing market data, interpreting findings, and providing actionable insights to support data driven decisions.     Essential Criteria:

    + 4+ year college degree in marketing, business analysis, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, or related experience and/or training.

    + 2+ years of experience in market research, data analytics, or similar role.

    + Experience with BI / data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, web analytics and Google Analytics.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Office, SharePoint, Teams) helpful.

    + Knowledge of market research methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, data mining).

    + Experience driving analytics initiatives used to impact business decisions.

    + Ability to communicate complicated data in an easy-to-understand manner.

    + Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    + Experience with locating reputable external data sources.

    + Passion for solving problems through data analytics.

    + Take ownership of, provide definition to, and drive projects forward.

    + Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    + Enjoy working with diverse workload - from focused & in-depth projects to quick popup needs.

    + Written and verbal communication skills.

    + Curious, look for solutions and better ways of doing things.

    + Organized with attention to detail.

    + Working knowledge of computer and needed software and applications.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.

    + Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.

    + Limited travel and night/weekend work possible as needed.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Conduct market research and gather data on industry trends, emerging markets, and consumer behaviors.

    + This could include emerging technologies, geographic & demographic data.

    + Design and administer tools which allow for collection of relevant data.

    + Maintain and share this data within tools that make it easily accessible to the team.

    + Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for data driven decisions.

    + Prepare reports and presentations that provide insight and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

    + Interpret consumer data to guide data driven strategies.

    + Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) technology and develop ongoing processes for tracking and visualizing data.

    + Understand mathematical analysis and how to use technology to implement it.

    + Identify and track metrics that impact sales and help drive product and service solutions development.

    + Other duties as assigned.
