Role Overview
As the T901 Product Cost Leader, you will be responsible for meeting business plan development and product cost targets by leading and integrating cross-functional teams. This full-time role involves driving cost objectives, coordinating strategic business plans, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the T901 engine program and GE Aerospace’s mission of defining the future of flight.
Key Responsibilities
+ Actively communicate business cost goals, programs, and processes across the matrix, including presenting to senior leadership teams.
+ Coordinate with the T901 Earned Value Management (EVM) team to achieve development cost targets and produce required EVM deliverable reports.
+ Develop critical business plans for T901 programs, including SII, Op Plan, and Blueprint.
+ Engage in strategic long-term business planning with Manufacturing Programs Leader and Supply Chain Division leadership for Low Rate Initial Production.
+ Develop prioritized project plans and align resources to achieve product cost targets.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to achieve cost targets, including material and labor cost productivity.
+ Analyze current cost structures to ensure product costs accurately reflect MEBUL, bill of material, and manufacturing costs.
+ Evaluate cost/benefit of proposed changes and make necessary trade-offs.
+ Participate in Engineering Systems-level and Program reviews to ensure cost impacts are understood and effectively communicated.
+ Contribute to NPI TG reviews and NPI cost audits, including ownership of cost targets.
Additional Responsibilities
+ Coordinate export licenses required for global hardware sources.
+ Ensure compliance with DoD requirements in a cost-efficient manner, including IUID, CSI, and quality plans.
+ Collaborate with Sourcing for DFAR-related flow-down requirements and supplier management.
+ Ensure EMD contract hardware deliverables are met on schedule.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
+ At least 5 years of experience in product cost and/or product development.
+ Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience leading in a matrixed organization.
+ Proven ability to develop analytics solutions for complex problems.
+ Established project management skills.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects effectively.
+ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Additional Information
+ Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours.
+ Work shift: 1st Shift (United States of America).
+ Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
+ Compliance with all safety and operational standards is mandatory.
The base pay range for this position is $167,300.00 - 223,000.00 Annual The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 29th, 2025.
