**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in the **Youngstown, OH area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$18/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Flat Welder eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints

+ Weld metal components in the flat position using various welding techniques

+ Operate welding equipment including MIG TIG and Stick welders

+ Position and secure metal components for welding

+ Choose the correct materials and welding methods based on project specifications

+ Perform grinding and cleaning after welding to ensure smooth and precise finishes

+ Inspect your work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

+ Maintain a safe and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols
