    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians** for projects located in the **Delano, MN area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $55/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Assist with hanging and wiring light fixtures

    + Drill holes and assist in conduit installation

    + Work with EMT or RGS pipe under supervision

    + Support light underground work (indoor, minimal labor)

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas

    + Follow safety protocols and take direction from site leads or journeymen

    + Hanging and wiring light fixtures

    + Light indoor underground electrical work (trenching or slab work is minimal)

    Requirements

    + Minimum 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience preferred

    + Enrolled apprentice with the state of Minnesota (preferred or required based on licensing laws)

    + Must bring basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, etc.)

    + Reliable transportation

    + Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Minnesota)

    + Strong commercial electrical experience

    + Ability to read and follow electrical diagrams and blueprints
