Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our Enrollment Marketing team. This part-time position offers an opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and gain hands-on experience in data management, marketing operations, and Salesforce CRM . The role supports the marketing efforts for our Graduate Business Programs and Executive Education.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility: Data Entry & CRM Management (75% of Time):
+ **Lead Data Management:** Accurately input and manage lead data from various marketing campaigns into Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
+ **Automation & Process Flows:** Map, build, and refine automation flows to streamline processes.
+ **Data Entry Excellence:** Enter information into computerized information systems with a strong emphasis on precision and accuracy.
+ **Verification & Review:** Thoroughly review and verify input against source documents for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
+ **Document Management:** Maintain document master files for backup and verification purposes, ensuring all records are well-organized and up-to-date.
+ **Data Reporting:** Run queries and generate reports as required to support data analysis and decision-making, providing valuable insights to the marketing team.
Supporting Responsibilities (25% of Time):
+ **Administrative Support:** Provide general support to the Marketing team. May also involve clerical duties such as front desk coverage and answering telephones.
+ **Marketing Analytics:** Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including email and text message campaigns, through analytics and metrics.
+ **Market Research:** Conduct market research and recommend strategies, promotional materials, vendors, and communication methods that align with program goals.
+ **Web Support:** Depending on skill set and interest, may aid in the development and maintenance of web pages.
+ **Additional Duties:** Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support the overall marketing strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years data entry experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
Proficiency in the use of data entry equipment and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required. The hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

+ Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to ask questions and suggest improvements.
+ Comfortable participating in virtual meetings for training and guidance.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
