CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - SAP FIN FI position for our client in Greensboro, NC.

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

This role is responsible for implementing and configuring SAP FIN FI solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. Primary responsibilities include:

+ Understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP FIN FI solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

+ Utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.

+ Strategic solution focus across technical design, development, and implementation for simplicity, scalability, and maintainability that meet client needs.

+ Comprehensive solution delivery, including strategy, solution development, and implementation leveraging the latest technologies.

+ Collaboration and team building, embodying core values while building trust with clients and team members. Emphasis on knowledge sharing, self-awareness, respect, clear communication, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation.

Skills:

+ Expertise in sub-ledger processes in the financial sector.

+ Strong understanding of ERP setup and configuration.

+ Conducting process analysis, defining requirements, and testing and training users on the ERP system.

+ Experience working with stakeholders for gap analysis, solution design, and system testing.

Experience:

+ Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP FIN FI modules.

+ Proven ability to deliver solutions in complex business environments.

+ Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
